Why cotton?

The light, natural cotton fabric repels flies and midges, as insects are demonstrably attracted to dark and bright colors. In particularly hot weather, the neck piece can be soaked in cold water and used over the horse to cool it down. If it is sprayed with fly spray, the soft cotton absorbs the spray particularly well and releases the effect to the outside in a long-lasting and efficient manner.

Product Details & Care

The neck piece fits both the L'Evoine turnout rug and the L'Evoine riding rug. It can be attached to the halter or bridle, as well as to the neck with Velcro fasteners. All fly rugs come with eyelets so that the neck pieces and rug can be attached to each other. Washable at 30 degrees in the washing machine.
